Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another notification when your order has been shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our sole payment and shipping method. Our delivery team will collect payment upon handing over your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number (where available) to monitor the status and location of your shipment.
