Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong product was delivered.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item reaches us safely.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

  • The refund will be issued through your original method of payment or another agreed-upon method.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Used, damaged, or altered items not due to our error

  • Items returned after the 7-day window

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos and a description of the issue. We will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
